Va-Voom Vinaigrette

1/2 cup canola or other vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a covered jar until well combined.

Use to dress salad greens or cold vegetable, meat or fish dishes. Nice with Asian Dinners.

Makes: 1 cup
