Mom's Shrimp and Rice


SAUTE:
1 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup diced ham
1/4 cup butter
ADD and Stir until dissolved:
2 chicken bouillon cubes 1-1/2 cup boiling eater
1/2 tsp. thyme
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup dry sherry
ADD:     
3-1/2 28 oz. canned tomatoes
Bring to a boil.
ADD:     
1-1/2 lb. frozen shrimp
2-2/3 cup uncooked minute rice
COOK for 5-10 minutes.
